SOLD OUT: Chocolate Truffle Making Class

After many requests, Chef Bill is allowing the public to learn a few secrets from him directly! Criteria is “You must be fun!”

Spend 2 hours being a real chocolatier in a professional kitchen. Make your own truffle ganache, learn about infusing flavors. Prep and use various treats to dip or coat your finished ganache. Best of all, you get to take home what you make (unless it gets mysteriously consumed before you make it out the door.

Chocolate can be messy so we’re including an apron for use and take home. We also recommend closed toed shoes. Age 14 and up. If you have any questions please let us know.
