Cake Making & Decorating

Participants will learn how to properly fill and layer cakes, frost outside, and an introductory level of borders and decorations. Hands on knowledge of the use of various tools including cake boards, combs, and decorating items will be practiced. Demonstration of cake and icing preparation will be done in conjunction with the hands on activities. Tools, recipes, and tips will be given for at home application.
