This years chocolate diorama took us 2 1/2 weeks to complete. The infrastructure took nearly a week to do which involved mainly Chef Bill Dietz time. The rest of the design and decoration came from Andy, Robin, and Abby.
Edible materials involved in this years project:
- Modeling chocolate (both dark & white)
- Sugar & Sugar syrups
- Graham Crackers
- Cake
- Glycerin & Cocoa butter colorants
Nonedible materials (mainly for infrastructure):
- Cardboard
- Cheesecloth
- Toys (the kids room, heh!)
- Jars
