Did you know Chef Bill was known as the Muffin Man once? It feels like a long time ago but he ran a small bakery called Mostly Muffins and made some delicious pastries, muffins, scones, cakes, and more. When we picked up the Ballantyne store the first thing he wanted to was roll out some breakfast / snack items. Unfortunately like many great ideas, they took a back burner as we figured out more pressing issues.
Coffee Cakes!
Fast forward a year and after one of our family meetings he was ready to try again. Over the past few weeks he has been testing out his old recipes anew and my belly has been so happy he has.
Chef is currently trialing out a few varieties to see what you like. These will be changing with time but for now stop in to try an apple cake, peach cake, strawberry cake or blueberry cake. They go great with a cup of coffee and we’ll take pre-orders for office platters. 704-323-8178 x2
