Homemade Chocolates Take Time

By October 1, 2008Homemade Chocolate

To create homemade chocolate recipes can take anywhere from simple combinations to elaborate dances of solids, semi-solids, liquids, and bouncing between the two. Chef Bill Dietz does this dance very meticulously and quicker than myself. Time, practice, and passion give you a deftness that impresses.

Playing to Strengths

My work for our project has been centered around the creation of my own chocolate tools. Design, information, and elaborate numerology (aka finances). They all take time too. One thing we have been working on since the beginning of our expansion is a menu. Something that highlights the things we love to deliver on and a foundation for discussing your own ideas we can bring to life.

Homemade Chocolate Parties!

We want to bring homemade chocolate to you, your meetings, celebrations, and more. You should feel the love we put into our products as they are delicate and hand crafted. There are no conveyor belts here, ways to cut corners but lose out on an experience. Chef Dietz will have none of it, and that’s what makes it so very special.

A Menu Revealed

We’ve gone to print today with a new menu we’ll be distributing. The Secret Chocolatiers homemade chocolates will be available for pickup at the Tailgate Market or delivery (minimum orders & delivery charge will apply).
